Understand the Architecture

The VLO Trust structure uses a Family Trust as the umbrella entity, with separate LLCs for digital assets (XRPL wallet) and real property (home + land). This separation protects each asset class and simplifies inheritance.

⚓ VLO Doctrine: A Seabee's legacy is not just what he builds — it's what he passes forward. Structure matters.
2

Register Your Entity

Provide the legal details for your Family Trust and associated LLCs. These will be filed with your state of residence.

⚠️ Legal Notice: This form collects preliminary information only. Final trust documents must be reviewed by a qualified attorney in your state before filing.
3

Configure Wallet Structure

Your XRPL wallets will be organized under the LLC entities. Each LLC controls its own wallet for clean asset separation.

[FAMILY TRUST]
├── [LLC — Digital Assets]
│ └── rXXXX...XXXX (XRPL Wallet)
└── [LLC — Real Property]
└── Home Deed + Land Title
Wallet addresses are stored encrypted. Only you can decrypt them.
4

Assign Assets to Entities

Document which assets belong to which entity. This creates the legal chain of ownership.

Digital Assets LLC

XRPL tokens, NFTs, digital credentials, crypto holdings

Real Property LLC

Home deed, land title, physical property records

5

Final Confirmation

Review all entered information. Once confirmed, your trust onboarding will be marked complete and your Trust Chamber status will update.
